Knot a Problem was created as a little “offspring” from LPM Fitness. My name is Lisa and LPM actually stands for Learn, Practice, Maintain…but is also a spin off of my name, Lisa Marie Pellerito. I own a boutique fitness studio in Chicago and as people have asked for “merch” I started to realize… I didn’t want to focus on just fitness apparel but rather focus on comfortable streetwear that men and women would feel comfortable wearing in the studio AND out and about in their everyday lives.

I also wanted to create something that embodied who I am - sarcastic, slightly cynical, but with an overall “at-ease” type of energy. With that I have created Knot a Problem by LPM.

Every quarter there will be a new launch with new catch phrases and new colors. Over time, I will expand and add additional styles of clothing as well - all personally tested to provide the best quality products. You may also get some pop culture (aka bravo tv) specialty collections in the mix as well.
